reltix started market operations last year as an operating property management company and is building an AI operating system that leverages the data and processes generated by its operations. The company converts property data points and workflows into a structured foundation and plans to open the system and integrate partners across energy, banking and construction. In under a year on the market reltix grew to a team of more than 30 people, is managing over 4,000 units and achieved over €1M in ARR. reltix is expanding across Germany and is actively hiring to support growth. The announced €3M pre-seed funding is intended to accelerate development of the platform and broader integrations.
