Relu builds Relu® Automate, a pay-per-case AI platform that automates design and workflow processes for dental lab cases such as night guards, crowns, and dental models. The company says its platform increases technician productivity and currently handles more than 1 million cases annually across 82 countries. Relu was founded in 2019 by Holger Willems (CEO), Adriaan Van Gerven (CTO), Antoine Coppens (COO), and Thomas Beznik (CPO). It maintains offices in Leuven, Belgium, and Boston, MA. Relu has previously raised a seed round that included investment from Dental Innovation Alliance, which led the recent $1.75M strategic follow-on. The company plans to use the new capital to deepen its U.S. expansion and grow adoption among American dental labs.
