Remedy Plan Therapeutics develops novel, hyperbolic NAMPT inhibitors intended to inhibit disease-associated NAMPT activity without fully turning the enzyme off, thereby avoiding on-target toxicity in healthy tissues. The company’s lead candidate is RPT1G. Remedy Plan plans to use recent financing to accelerate advancement of RPT1G into a Phase 1/2 trial in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).
