Overview

Remesh offers an AI-powered platform that lets organizations speak directly to up to 1,000 target respondents live and extract qualitative insights at scale. The platform leverages machine learning to analyze and organize open-ended responses in real time, speeding innovation cycles and informing product, messaging, and organizational decisions. Customers include more than 600 companies such as Deloitte, Barclays, and Mercer. The company is led by co-founder and CEO Andrew Konya. Remesh plans to use new funding to accelerate expansion, launch its AI-powered agile research platform, grow the team, and open a new Cleveland office to expand further in the U.S. Financially, the company has now raised over $38M to date following the latest round. Remesh is a New York City–based software company led by co‑founder and CEO Andrew Konya. It offers an interactive, on‑demand platform that lets consultancies, market‑research firms and Fortune 1000 companies engage any audience — customers, employees or target markets — via a chat interface in real time. Remesh uses artificial intelligence to analyze, understand and segment audience responses as they happen to support feedback, discovery and ideation. The company raised $10m in a Series A financing. As part of the funding, General Catalyst’s Adam Valkin will join Remesh’s board of directors. Remesh is a graduate of the 2015 Barclays Accelerator powered by Techstars and was part of the 2014 FlashStarts class. Remesh offers an AI-powered platform that collects qualitative insights in a chat-style format, validates them with quantitative scale, and instantly arranges responses into interactive charts for rapid analysis. Its technology culls hundreds of answers into representative responses and generates visualizations that conversation leaders can query to glean actionable insights in seconds. The platform is positioned to replace legacy market-research workflows and to support applications like enterprise employee feedback. Remesh says the newly raised funds will be used to further develop its AI technology, bolster client service, and expand market reach. Financially, the company closed a $2.25 million seed round and has raised $3.85 million in total to date, having previously secured $1.6 million in pre-seed funding.
