Remrise provides personalized, plant-based herbal sleep solutions that pair individualized supplement formulations with a tracking and analysis app. The service uses a 14-point questionnaire plus passive data from wearables and active user inputs to generate formulations containing roughly a dozen to 15 ingredients. The company aims to move users off medicated sleep aids by improving sleep hygiene and monitoring metrics such as bedtime, wake time and REM cycles. Remrise has run a pilot with 90 users, plans a larger study of about 400 participants using both consumer trackers and sleep clinics, and has launched publicly. It offers a one-week free trial (users pay shipping) and charges $55 per month for the full subscription. The startup was fostered by Atomic and has raised seed funding to support development and expansion.
