Renal Services provides dialysis services to NHS patients through a network of outpatient centres. Founded in 2007, the company operates six dialysis centres across the UK with 63 dialysis stations. It treats approximately 700 permanent and transient patients and employs 62 staff. Centres are located in Grantham, Havant, Launceston, Milford on Sea, Salisbury and Skegness and manage all aspects of dialysis care, including clinical services, quality control, data collection, diagnostics and maintenance. The company raised £3.1m in growth capital from Business Growth Fund, which took a minority stake and a seat on the existing board. Renal Services intends to use the funds to open new centres across the UK.
