Renewtrak provides software that automates the renewals process for subscription and services contracts, managing the workflow from quote to payment while offering data, analytics, and customer engagement capabilities. The product is designed to make renewals more akin to an e‑commerce checkout rather than traditional purchase-order and invoicing processes. Renewtrak’s customer base includes leading tech companies such as Lenovo, VMware, and HP, and the company serves customers across more than 40 countries. The business is seven years old and is led by CEO Mathew Cagney and CPO Alex Wood, both former Afterpay executives who bring payments and fintech experience. Renewtrak says customers are seeing improving conversion rates on renewal opportunities and ultimately earning more recurring revenue. The new capital is intended to support global expansion plans.
