Its team previously launched sites such as ApartmentGuide.com, Rentals.com, and RealEstate.com and reports over 40 years of combined experience in the internet real estate space. According to an SEC filing, RentWiki has added $3.6 million in fresh capital. Four separate investors participated in the offering.
