ReparTrust provides a cloud-based system that lets garages, insurers and fleet operators track collision repairs in real time, automate claimant communication, centralise key data and run AI-assisted pre-inspections. The software is linked to Piyes.com, a digital parts marketplace, so each repair can be optimised for cost, turnaround time and environmental impact by sourcing aftermarket, reused or reconditioned parts. A proprietary “ReparTrust Scoring” ranks garages on speed, quality, customer satisfaction and parts usage, allowing large accounts to build reliable repair networks. Targeting the multi-billion-dollar, still largely non-digital body-shop market across EMEA, the company currently focuses on Morocco and plans pilot launches in the Middle East. The newly raised capital will be used to expand tech, product and data teams, accelerate garage onboarding and deepen its scored network. Following recognition at GITEX Africa and traction that already includes 200+ garages via its parts platform, ReparTrust is preparing a seed round to further scale its B2B offering.
