RePlayce
Tokyo, Japan
Overview
Founded in April 2024 as a spin-out from NTT Docomo and headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, RePlayce builds products that bridge secondary education and the workplace. Its flagship offering, the online "はたらく部" platform, lets students collaborate with professional coaches and peers to explore society, self-awareness and future careers; the service earned the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s 13th Career Education Award (Large Company division) Excellence Prize. The company is also launching HR高等学院, a correspondence high-school support program opening in April 2025 that emphasizes project-based learning, next-generation liberal arts and pathways to domestic and overseas universities. Additional lines include inquiry-focused curriculum development, dispatch of working-adult lecturers and operation of online schools. To date, RePlayce has supported career formation for more than 1,000 students and partners with multiple educational institutions nationwide. With fresh capital from its Series A round, management plans to enhance "はたらく部," expand school partnerships, open new HR高等学院 campuses and deepen corporate PBL collaborations.
