ReplyApp builds an online service to automate personalized emails and follow-ups. The product connects directly to a user’s email server so messages appear to have been sent manually and replies return to the user’s inbox. About 80% of the company’s client base is in the U.S., which the team is prioritizing. ReplyApp plans to accelerate recruitment and develop offices in Ukraine and Canada to reinforce its position on the U.S. market. The startup was founded in 2014 and currently runs development in Ukraine while sales departments are located in the United States and Canada. It recently raised funding to support these expansion and hiring plans, and the founder says he will retain a major stake.
