REsimplifi is an end-to-end transaction management system built for commercial real estate agents, focused on automating brokers' day-to-day tasks. The product aims to advance digital transformation in commercial real estate by streamlining workflows so brokers can close more deals faster and capture and own their data. The company was started in 2015 by co-founders Henry Moor and David Collier and is Columbia-based. Over the past two years REsimplifi says it has built a community among hundreds of brokers who work with the platform. The company plans to scale operations for support, development and marketing using the new funding. Management positions the platform as a partner that helps brokers track deals, serve clients better and increase productivity.
