Resolve AI builds AI systems designed to run and operate production software by combining custom domain-specific models, production-specific agents, and systems expertise. Founded by observability pioneers Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal and headquartered in San Francisco, the company emerged from stealth 18 months before this announcement. Resolve AI serves enterprise customers including Coinbase, DoorDash, MongoDB, MSCI, Salesforce, and Zscaler. It launched Resolve AI Labs to advance domain-specific model building, post-training, agentic architectures, evaluation frameworks, synthetic data and simulation, and governance for production operations. The Labs will be led by Chief AI Scientist Dhruv Mahajan, hired from Meta to focus on post-training and evaluation for operational models. Resolve AI has stated it will use recent funding to expand its platform, go-to-market efforts, and long-term research initiatives tied to the Labs.
