reteach is a Berlin-based HR-tech company that entered the market in spring 2021 with a learning management system (LMS) tailored to the needs of the German Mittelstand. The platform stands out through an especially intuitive user interface and has already secured more than 1,500 midsize enterprises as customers. Gartner Digital’s latest “LMS Frontrunner” report ranks reteach first worldwide in customer satisfaction, marking the first time a German provider tops this list. The product supports companies in delivering digital employee training and mandatory instruction, addressing a corporate learning market expected to grow explosively by 2030. Founders Andreas Bersch, Markus Aurich and Florine von Caprivi initially bootstrapped the venture before bringing in outside capital. The fresh funds will be directed toward scaling sales efforts and accelerating product development. Financially, the company has now completed its seed phase with €1.5 million in total funding from external investors.
