ReThink Medical develops a proprietary technology platform that analyzes ambulatory physiologic data and uses predictive algorithms to identify worsening conditions in heart failure patients and alert physicians. The company combines medical devices and digital health software to enable proactive, data-driven intervention to prevent hospitalizations. ReThink was founded in 2010 and is led by CEO Reza Naima. Prior to this financing it had secured two NIH grants and entered a strategic partnership with Terumo Corporation.
