CEO Thompson Aderinkomi said RetraceHealth prefers to be seen as a primary care clinic that comes to patients and is pursuing technology partnerships and service automation to make the offering more delightful. The company plans to use new funding to market to regional insurers and to enhance and automate parts of its service.
