Returnflows provides a digital returns-management platform that streamlines customer returns, enables direct exchanges for different sizes or colors, and supports gift cards as alternatives to refunds. In about 18 months the company has signed over 500 webshops and processed more than 500,000 returns with a total value exceeding a quarter of a billion kroner. The platform has produced measurable merchant benefits—Skagen Clothing reported saving 320,000 kroner per month by converting a large share of returns into exchanges—and won "Best e-commerce case" at the E-handelsprisen 2025. Returnflows is led by co-founders including Jeppe Østergaard Hansen (CEO) and Jeppe Rank Franzen and has north Jutland origins. With the recent 6 million kroner investment from a syndicate of experienced founders, the company plans to accelerate product development and expand into Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands.
