Revalia Bio
520 West Campus Drive, West Haven, Connecticut, 06516, United States
Overview
Revalia Bio delivers on-demand access to functional, perfused human organs and associated analytics via its Human Data Trials, using proprietary perfusion technology to sustain organs under clinical conditions. Its Human Data Stack unifies perfused-organ data, donor medical histories, and high-resolution digital analytics to produce translatable insight across discovery, safety, biodistribution, and efficacy. The company partners with academic medical centers and organ procurement organizations to repurpose donated, non-transplantable organs for research, enabling donors and families to leave a research legacy. Since launching commercially in 2023, Revalia says it has quadrupled revenue and recently signed two of the world’s top 10 pharmaceutical companies as customers; it has also developed a human lung cancer model and achieved a four-day kidney perfusion protocol. Revalia positions its platform to improve preclinical prediction, reduce development costs, and eliminate risk to living patients by grounding development in real human data. Leadership includes CEO Greg Tietjen and a multidisciplinary team including Jenna DiRito, Kourosh Saeb-Parsy, Peter Buniak, Helen Hughes, and early investor Milad Alucozai, and the company aims to serve as foundational infrastructure for human-centered drug development.
