The platform focuses on roles in software development, design, online marketing and management consulting and uses machine learning and adaptive technical tests to vet talent. Approved candidates begin receiving interview requests that include potential salary information. Roughly 1,500 companies use Revelo’s service, and its users have received more than 1 billion Brazilian reals in job offers. The company says it has global ambitions and is targeting the broader $500 billion global recruiting industry. Proceeds from the latest financing will be used for sales and marketing and product development.
