ReverseLogix offers a modular SaaS platform to manage, plan and execute end-to-end reverse logistics for e-commerce-focused companies, logistics providers and manufacturers. Its platform includes distinct modules for returns initiation, returns processing, repair management, warehouse management and inventory optimization. Customers include FedEx, Electrolux, Cole Haan, BNSF Logistics, Amer Sports, Samsonite and Tumi. The company is led by founder and CEO Gaurav Saran. ReverseLogix raised $20M in a Series A from Cambridge Capital and intends to use the funds to enhance its capabilities and resources. As part of the investment, Cambridge Capital partners Benjamin Gordon and Matt Smalley joined ReverseLogix’s board of directors.
