REVOX is building a SaaS platform that treats outbound phone calls like any other marketing-automation channel, removing the manual friction and data gaps that plague traditional call operations. Its technology identifies the type of respondent in real time, automatically schedules retries across time zones and compliance windows, and manages carrier constraints and latency. All call interactions are recorded, transcribed, structured and surfaced as immediately usable data within customers’ existing business tools. The product serves two audiences: non-technical operations teams can launch campaigns through a simple interface, while developers access a typed API, webhooks and cloud-standard integrations.
