Rewardz provides HR technology solutions designed to boost employee engagement, employee communication and corporate wellness. Its product suite includes EMPERKS (employee engagement with corporate rates and discounts from over 350 merchants), FLABULESS (corporate wellness), and SKOR (employee communication and peer-to-peer recognition). The company is co-founded by CEO Sudhanshu Tewari, Nicole Seah and Jaya Maru. Rewardz says it serves more than 50 corporate clients and is present in seven countries: Singapore, UAE, Australia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Peru. The company raised SG$3m in funding and took investment from Benefit One, which became a major stakeholder. Rewardz intends to use the funds to expand its customer base and hire new sales and business development personnel.
