REXai provides commerce solutions that embed artificial intelligence into existing ecommerce platforms, enabling companies to transform their data into real-time personalization. Its self-learning systems operate in real time and at an individual visitor level across all channels. The company is led by co-founder and CEO Saeed Younesi and CTO Abhishek Mukherjee and has a team of 17 data engineers, scientists and software developers. REXai is based in Amsterdam and Valencia. It raised €1.5M and will use the funds to expand its marketing and sales team and to invest in partnering and connecting with existing commerce and marketing partners. The round was led by Newion Investments with participation from the founder and smart angel investors from the ecommerce and cyber-security industry.
