Reya Network (formerly Voltz Labs) operates a modular DEX on an Ethereum Layer-2 that offers cross-margin perpetuals with zero-fee BTC and ETH trading, millisecond-level execution and plans for a bespoke ZK-rollup to eliminate single-sequencer risk.
