Reynen Court operates a legal-technology platform that helps large law firms research, test, securely adopt and manage cloud-based software applications on infrastructure of their choice. The platform lets firms mix and match the applications they need to run their business in the cloud. Since its founding in 2017, a consortium of twenty of the largest global law firms has supported its development, and a second consortium of twenty-two banks and global corporations has joined to collaborate. More than 150 third-party application vendors are participating on or working toward participation on the platform. The company is based in Amsterdam and New York. It intends to use the new funding to expand operations and broaden its business reach.
