RezNext provides real-time distribution technology that helps hotels automate online distribution and integrates revenue management, operating intelligence and reputation-management insights. The platform targets lower- and mid-scale hotels, enabling quicker online adoption and smarter distribution decisions. RezNext has onboarded more than 1,200 customers since its launch in 2012 and is headquartered in Bangalore, India. Led by CEO Mike Kistner, the company positions itself as a real-time switch for intelligent distribution between hoteliers and demand generators. Management says it will use new funding to deliver its full product portfolio, improve customer success and revenues, and increase market penetration. Expansion plans specifically target domestic and international markets across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
