The platform is positioned to help mobile apps deliver commercial opportunities to consumers and partners. Rezolve plans to complete a business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. I and expects to be publicly traded on NASDAQ under the ticker “ZONE” in early H1 2023. In connection with that planned public listing, Rezolve secured a capital commitment to support future growth and execution of its product roadmap. The company was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in London, with offices in Shanghai, New Delhi, Taipei, Frankfurt, Madrid and New Mexico. Proceeds from the recent facility are earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes.
