Ride Capital builds software and platform solutions focused on wealth structuring for private investors, offering services such as wealth structuring, a tax advisor platform, and automated securities booking. The company has launched initial products including a free RIDE business account (in cooperation with banking-as-a-service provider Swan) and investment opportunities in alternative assets. Ride intends to use its latest funding to accelerate growth and evolve into a digital private bank. Since the platform launch in September 2020, Ride has served more than 1,200 customers with approximately €250 million in assets under administration. The company is co-founded by Christine Kiefer and Felix Schulte and is based in Berlin, Germany.
