Rivage builds AI-powered property management software that automates billing, service charge calls, bank reconciliation and client communications and offers a fully open API. The platform includes model-context protocol connections that let agencies link their data to models like Claude or ChatGPT to create custom workflows and automate document logging across accounting, banking and property systems. Founded in 2025 by Alex Chauvin, Antoine Barranco and Grégory Prève, the company spent four years developing automation tools at a real estate agency prior to launching sales.
