Founded in 2024 by Ankit Sanghvi, Jayanth Krishnaprakash and Abhishek Gupta, Riverline AI develops conversational AI agents that counsel borrowers who are struggling with debt and steer them toward more credit-worthy decisions. The platform provides lenders with a scalable, patient and data-rich collections layer, addressing gaps in India’s debt-recovery ecosystem. Riverline’s AI agents currently manage collections across more than ₹100 crore of bad loans every month and work with tech-led loan service providers including CRED, Freo, Nira and Propelld. The company plans to use its fresh capital to deepen engineering efforts, build AI memory systems, add multilingual support and scale capacity to handle over 100,000 borrower conversations per day. Riverline ultimately aims to evolve these capabilities into a new-age digital bank.
