Its platform recruits, trains and organizes “Roamlers” by skills, experience and location, then matches them to assignments. The company operates Roamler Tech, Roamler Retail for crowd-supported field-marketing activities serving FMCG manufacturers, consumer brands, PCGs and retail chains, and Roamler Care for professional caregivers. Clients include Unilever, P&G and Red Bull. Founded in the Netherlands in June 2011, Roamler positions itself within the gig economy as a flexible, location-based workforce solution. Roamler completed a €4.5 million investment round to accelerate international growth and development activities. The new capital came from Endeit Capital and Roamler’s management, with Endeit taking a substantial minority interest.
