Robin Software B.V., founded in 2011 and based in Arnhem, The Netherlands, develops a customer service app for small web store teams and individual merchants. The solution integrates with e-commerce platforms including Shopify, SEOshop and Magento to enrich customer service dashboards with order, shipping and billing information. The company currently serves about 500 active web stores and expects to triple its active user base by the end of Q2 2014. Robin will use the new funding to continue scaling international marketing activities and to accelerate its product roadmap. Patrick Speijers is the company's CEO.
