RocketPhone is a London-based provider of an enterprise voice processing system that integrates with the Salesforce ecosystem. Co-founded by CEO Muj Choudhury and Sam Gillingham, its core product captures and analyses customer and sales conversations in real time, records key identifiers, and automates follow-up actions. The platform uses native AI that is customizable to each company's needs. RocketPhone has raised $10.5M in funding and plans to use the proceeds to accelerate platform development; the announcement did not disclose the backers. It is months away from launching a video analysis tool to extend the same functionality to Zoom and Microsoft Teams by analysing facial and body expressions to gauge engagement and distraction. The company also added academics and industry figures to its advisory board, including Michael Wooldridge of the University of Oxford.
