Rockin' Pets, Rollin' Vets operates mobile veterinary clinics that deliver comprehensive on-site care from fully equipped trucks. Each truck includes a surgery suite, high-speed dental equipment, X-ray and ultrasound on almost all trucks, and a full pharmacy. Founder and CEO Dr. Katie Eick bought her first truck in 2016 and has grown the fleet to five vehicles serving Houston and nearby markets. The company has expanded into The Woodlands and launched softly in Austin, with plans to grow into Central Texas, San Antonio, and northern parts of the state. Leadership plans to scale nationally and abroad through a franchise model. Rockin' Pets secured a $5 million investment round to fund expansion. Management is focused on recruiting and retaining staff to address a nationwide veterinarian shortage and the broader workforce and retention challenges affecting industry capacity.
