Rohan Builders is a Pune-based real-estate developer with ongoing residential projects and additional industrial and infrastructure developments. The company has five ongoing residential developments in Pune and four in Bangalore. It recently secured private equity for the first time to fund an East Bangalore residential project. The financed project in Boganahalli comprises approximately 7 lakh sq ft of saleable area. The capital infusion came at the land acquisition stage and the land parcel is valued at close to Rs 85 crore. Management cites expansion plans in Pune and an opportunity to grow its footprint in Bangalore, driven by residential demand from the IT corridor.
