Since launching in 2013 the company has grown rapidly—reporting average annual growth of over 7x—and its platform hosts more than 200,000 developers and 50,000 enterprise customers, including Tencent, Alibaba, JD, Baidu, 360 and Xiaomi. 容联 serves a wide set of verticals (O2O, travel, logistics, real estate, online education, internet healthcare, gov/enterprise IT) and emphasizes lowering enterprise costs while improving communication efficiency. The company has pursued both PaaS and downstream SaaS strategies (notably investing in 容联七陌) and says it will continue product R&D and business extension. 容联 plans to expand overseas and aims to become the world’s largest enterprise cloud communications provider.
