Ronspot provides a cloud-based, three-in-one space management platform that lets users book car and bicycle parking, hot desks, meeting rooms, manage visitors and resources (lockers) via a unified mobile app. The platform shows real-time availability and colleague bookings to reduce administration and optimize real-estate use. Founded in 2018 and based in Galway, the company has grown from three customers in 2018 to over 200 customers across more than 30 countries. Ronspot says its engineering team has more than doubled in the last two years and it predicts revenues will grow by 400% year-on-year to 2025. The startup plans to add 10 jobs in the next 18 months, bringing the team to 28, and is taking part in Enterprise Ireland’s Enter the Eurozone programme to establish physical presences in Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Recent product additions include groups, teams, recurring bookings and single sign-on as part of continued development to support hybrid work. Ronspot, founded in 2018 in Galway, has developed an app-based system that manages staff parking and now includes office space booking for desks and lockers. The platform provides real-time information on parking vacancies and workspace availability for employees and employers. Its customer base includes Sodexo and SSE Airtricity, and it serves clients in the UK, Austria, France and the Czech Republic. The company is planning rollouts in Sweden, Belgium and Germany. Ronspot says demand has grown with the shift to hybrid working and the product targets companies looking to optimise limited office resources. The recent funding will be used to hire 13 employees, bringing its Irish headcount to 23.
