Roominate produces wired, modular building systems and kits aimed at girls aged six and up that include working motor and light circuits. Its products combine physical and digital play so children can build structures, vehicles, and programmable creations. The company expanded its line in 2015 with rPower, a connected kit series that lets girls program and control creations from a phone or tablet.
