Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Carlsbad (North County San Diego), the early-stage startup employs fewer than 10 people. The founding team includes CEO Andrew Morris, CSO Eric Brouwer, and Donna Padavan, all with prior experience at SQI Diagnostics. Rose Diagnostics is participating in the Creative Destruction Lab accelerator to refine its business model and go-to-market strategy.
