Roubler is a workforce management and payroll software business. It serves operators in retail, hospitality, aged care, food and beverage, chemist groups and pubs and clubs, with customers including Estee Lauder, Bobby Brown, WHSmith and Guess. The company operates in the UK, Singapore, South Africa, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. Roubler closed a $US3.3 million Series A, with $US2 million fronted by Carthona Capital and $US1.3 million from European and Singaporean high net worth investors. CEO Andrew Northcott reported 280% year-on-year growth in the last 12 months. Northcott, who previously founded LSA Recruitment, said he sought a true partner and that Carthona fit that role; Stephen Dash introduced him to the Carthona team.
