Round.me provides a platform for exploring global locations through panoramic photos called Spaces, which can be linked via Portals and annotated with embedded Hotspots. The product is available on the web and on iOS, where Spaces respond to phone movement for an immersive experience. The company targets both consumers and professionals, with use cases highlighted for real estate and photography professionals to present portfolios with hosting, sharing, search, location awareness and social features. CEO Konstantin Andreev said the goal is to create the best virtual tour experience in the panoramic photography marketplace. Round.me launched last year and has attracted more than 3,000 professionals and semi-professionals to the platform. Financially, the company recently raised $3 million in a funding round led by April Capital.
