The platform charges 1% of the amount raised by a vehicle (minimum €5,000; maximum €15,000) and applies fees to secondary sales. Roundtable emphasizes social features that let influential angels bring deals and leverage networks; active angels include Roxanne Varza, Pieter‑Jan Bouten, Christopher Zemina, Olivier Pailhes and Paul Lê. Backed by eFounders, the company has handled more than 100 deals in its first months, representing about €50 million in assets under administration.
