Rouvia builds eForwarding, a logistics visibility and freight-management product that maps transport capacity across railways, waterways and road using real-time data. Its routing algorithm automatically evaluates possible transport routes and provides clear estimates on costs, delivery time and CO2 emissions. Rouvia says its logistics database covers most of Europe. After an order is placed the software automates generation of freight and customs documents to ensure correct shipment. CEO Benjamin Noyan describes the product as a digital freight management solution that connects all means of ground transport and highlights sustainable transport options. The company recently completed a €2.9 million fundraise.
