RSK Group provides environmental impact assessments, clean-up operations and geotechnical analysis for major infrastructure projects in the UK and worldwide. The company works with clients such as Shell, Taylor Wimpey and HS2 Limited. Founded in 1989 and led by CEO Dr Alan Ryder, RSK offers a broad suite of environmental, health, safety and engineering services. It reported a turnover of more than £100m and employs over 1,500 staff worldwide. RSK intends to use new funding to acquire agricultural and environmental consultancy ADAS and to support its long-term growth plans. The planned ADAS acquisition will add land management, crop and food production, specialist chemical risk assessment and town planning expertise to RSK's service offering.
