Rubix Blockchain Pte Ltd is a Layer 1 blockchain protocol for peer-to-peer data transfer and transactions with operations in Singapore, India, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. Its Rubix Proofchain uses a "Proof-of-Pledge" consensus designed as a low-energy alternative to Proof-of-Work and Proof-of-Stake, enabling transaction finality without energy-intensive processes. The protocol advertises zero transaction fees, minimal infrastructure costs, high security and privacy, and energy consumption of less than 1 kWh per transaction. Rubix software can be downloaded on any PC or virtual machine, and the community includes more than 12,500 validators. The recent $100 million investment from LDA Capital will be used to grow global operations and increase internal hiring to support the ecosystem’s expansion.
