S4labour developed a SaaS platform that helps hospitality businesses streamline workforce management, rota scheduling, payroll processing and HR reporting. Founded in 2011 and based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, the company has built a customer base of over 250 clients, including JKS, MJMK, Oakman Inns and Restaurants and The Revel Collective. In early 2024 Mark Jensen, former VP Sales EMEA and APAC at Fourth, joined to drive the next phase of growth. The business has a clear product-market fit in hospitality and is advancing an active product roadmap. Management plans to use new capital to enhance payroll and HR functionality and to make strategic hires in sales and marketing. The company aims to expand into larger managed pub groups and hospitality chains as it scales.
