SaaSGrid provides a dashboarding tool built specifically for SaaS companies, allowing users to connect data sources and view real-time charts of essential metrics. The platform has identified and standardized calculations for more than 70 metrics, including MRR, ARR, Net Dollar Retention, CAC Payback, Burn Multiple, and Runway. It integrates with data sources such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, and spreadsheets to deliver instant dashboards and insights. CEO and co-founder Ethan Ruby developed an early prototype to help the investment team at Craft Ventures run metrics for prospective investments, and founders subsequently wanted access to the tool for internal KPI dashboards. SaaSGrid raised $3.3M in seed funding led by Craft Ventures and is launching independently of Craft, making the product available to SaaS startups worldwide. The new capital will be used to further develop the product, including adding pipeline metrics and benchmarking.
