Founded in 2016, Saatvik Green Energy is one of India’s leading solar PV module manufacturers. As of March 31, 2025, it operated 3.80 GW of module manufacturing capacity and had supplied more than 2.50 GW of high-efficiency modules to domestic and international customers. The company also runs a turnkey EPC vertical and commissioned a 12 MW rooftop project for Jindal Steel and Power in fiscal 2024, noted as one of India’s largest single rooftop solar installations. Its domestic order book stood at 4.01 GW in PV modules as of June 30, 2025, and it has executed 12 solar power projects totaling 69.12 MW. IPO proceeds are earmarked to repay borrowings, invest in subsidiary Saatvik Solar Industries, and build a new 4 GW solar PV module manufacturing facility, underscoring its expansion ambitions.
