Saberr offers a platform that forecasts team performance by measuring employee culture fit. Its platform uses a proprietary algorithm combining data from online dating sites, classical psychology and behavioural economics to assess new hires and improve team dynamics. Founded in 2013 by Alistair Shepherd and led by CEO Tom Marsden, the company serves customers including Deloitte, Microsoft and Bank of Ireland. Saberr raised £1m in funding and intends to use the funds to market and improve the platform. The round was led by the Angel CoFund with participation from new and existing angel investors. The company previously raised a seed round led by Seedcamp.
