SageWealth is a Berlin fintech founded in 2020 that blends digital financial advice, banking and investing with a focus on sustainability for millennials and Gen Z. The founders, Sana Al‑Badri and Marco Vega Seeberger, met at university while studying neuroscience and psychology and later became financial advisors. The company says sustainable investing is far more impactful than individual behaviour changes and aims to steer young investors toward positive-impact investments. After launching last year it reported 20% month-on-month growth and has €1 million in assets under control. Until this round the startup was bootstrapped with no marketing budget; the new funding will be used to build financial life‑planning tools and to offer investments with strong sustainability criteria for ETFs. To scale the team it has hired industry veterans from Trade Republic, Getquin, Join Capital and Northvolt.
